Serious sleep. What does that mean?
Seriously, many people boast about getting only four hours of sleep. Those are the people who fail to witness their deteriorating health, attributing lower energy, lower immunity, and increased injuries to getting old.
Hogwash. Age has nothing to do with deterioration - well, unless you believe it does then surely you decline in each moment! That belief is your choice.
You can make a different choice.
In today's world people run themselves ragged. Constant exposure to digital toxins block deep restorative sleep - think wi-fi, cellphones, computers and tablets. Think energy-saving lighting that turns off melatonin production making it so hard to fall asleep and stay asleep because one's circadian rhythm is out of whack!
And that is just the obvious stuff. Stuff - that is technical term.
Seriously, there is no place on the planet - not even atop the highest mountains, where clean air exists. Even national parks are polluted with wifi and cell towers.
How are you going to give your brain a chance to detox each night? It only happens during sleep.
LIfewave X39 and silent Nightsbring the healing peace you desire with simple patches that are non-trnsdermal. Nothing ent3rs your body. The phototherapy patches wake up what is already inside you.
Science shows that soaking in a warm bath one hour before bedtime relaxes the body inducing sleep. Of course turning off ALL blue light devices (that includes your TV and cellphones) two hours before bedtime and replacing blue lights with soft red, or at least incandescent, bulbs signals your body it is time to wind down.
Personally, I write in two journals once I get into bed. In one I list one thing I LOVE about being me. I number it each day and go back and read my entire journal - when I am awake enough to get through. I have been doing this for over 400 days so it takes me a chunk of time to read my entire journal. When I feel too tired I read one or two items on each page.
My other journal is my "I feel happy and grateful" record where I list ten things for which I truly feel happy and grateful that day.
Both habits set my mind in a place for pleasing dreams, rest, and peace.
