The point of life is living in happiness. Everything you do targets the end goal of enjoying life - feeling good, at peace, healthy, and successful.

The problem is you have it all backwards! None of those things cause happiness.

When you start from a place of happiness then everything in life works effortlessly. No kidding.

So  how do you get to a place and create the habit where happiness is your default mode of thinking and living?

You create the habit of being happy. How do you do that? Simply share your Happy Share, as described in the video, every day for 28 days! Not a lot of time to alter your life forever, yes?

Happy people live longer healthier lives, achieve more success and enjoy happier relationships. Isn't that what you really want for yourself and for those you love?

Visit The Happy Share Movement page here every day and share your Happy Share as explained in the video. OR visit The Happy Share Movement site. OR, when you are on Facebook go here.

Bottomline, had I not discovered, okay I created them, Happy Shares back after the first Traumatic Brain Injury I could never have healed. And when I lost so much physical functioning following the brain surgery, my life would have stalled forever.

Instead I found the rich endlessness of true happiness.

I list 10 things for which I feel Happy and Grateful first thing every morning and last thing before closing my eyes to sleep. The AM list sets my mind into a great place to function all day. The PM sets my mind for pleasant dreams that empower me.

When challenges happen, and they always will, I immediately list 10 things for which I feel Happy and Grateful to take my mind away from the hurt or frustration. It is not a magic cure.

That simple action alters how I respond to situations and that  mindshift  makes all the difference.
