Brain drain causes overwhelm, fatigue, frustration, anxiety and a general feeling of malaise. The energy hog in your life is not stress but how you function and control your energy.
Where is your energy going?
The big energy hog in your life is your brain! It works non-stop keeping you alive and handling - or trying to - produce your Very Excellent Life.
Of course the word try means success is impossible. But you already know that from experience, yes?
When you are awake and aware and when you are asleep your brain chugs on powering all of your body's systems - physical and emotional.
Not only that, but it handles those 65,000 thoughts (if you are man) and 80,000 thoughts (if you are a woman) every day.
Huh? Who thinks that many thoughts every day?
You do. Everyone does. The thing is, 95% of those thoughts happen out of your awareness. Oh goodness! Major energy drain there.
So what can you do to stop that drain and rest your brain and body?
In this video I explain, in detail, what is happening and, more importantly, I also share action steps you can take to stop muddling through each day.
Wouldn't you rather thrive than merely survive?
What are you going to do right now? Thinking about it just contributes more overwhelm to your brain activity. Immediate action, on the other hand, may carry you to the life you always dreamed of but never seemed able to grasp.
Lots of options in that video: gratitude practice, energy practices, awakening to your spirituality that drives every aspect of your life. Tell us which step you are taking right now. If you put it off, you know you will never take action.
You get to choose to stay stuck. Ah, you can make a different choice and move from survival and ho hum to thriving!
If you do not already practice some form of meditation, I recommend reading or listening to the audiobook below. Meditation is not some esoteric woo woo concept but a tried and true practice thousands of years old.
